Line Class - D Mechanic School teaches the first stage of the Lineman Trade. The successful student will complete the entry level of a lineman. The student will have the overview of the Energy Delivery System, qualify to climb poles, learn the assembly of materials, tools, and equipment.

The student will perform a bucket truck rescue and pole top rescue, installation of cross arms, basic electricity, operation of bucket truck and digger truck.

Upon completion the student will be able to go into an entry level position as a Class D lineman, with the opportunity to advance his career with his future employer.

This course is 900 hours.
