Upon successful completion of a Career Development program, students will receive an adult workforce education certificate and a Career Passport which contains certificate(s), competencies, Work Keys, resume, letter from superintendent and official transcript.
RESUME AND JOB SEARCH
All students who are eligible to receive their Career Passport and who have met all requirements for program completion will be provided with resume and job search assistance.
EARLY OCCUPATIONAL PLACEMENT
Early occupational placement shall be considered at the recommendation of the coordinator/instructor and adult workforce education center administrator or designee. Such placement shall be for course-related work ONLY during the last term of classes. Each program will have individual placement standards and some programs may not offer this opportunity due to specific restrictions. (See student handbook).
